Role Summary:
- Manage installation and configuration of middleware products related to the Datawarehouse projects.
- Tune and monitor DWH apps, provide updates, and patch the middleware infrastructure in both non-production and production environments.
- Recover middleware during incidents to meet SLAs.
- Contribute to problem and root cause analysis, suggesting corrective actions.
- Create and maintain technical documents such as knowledge base articles and FAQs in Confluence.
Role Requirements:
- Knowledge on Datawarehouse systems (SAS 9.3, SAS 9.4 M5 and M7, SAS Viya).
- Experience in administering application servers (Tomcat/Jboss/WebLogic/ WebSphere).
- Ability to administer and profile Java Virtual Machine (JVM) and Java Management Extensions (JMX).
- Experience with shell scripting and administering Linux systems.
- Experience with monitoring tool integration (CheckMK/Nagios, Elastic Search, Prometheus).
- Desirable experience in administration Business Intelligence Stack (SAS, Tableau), virtualization, containerization (VMware, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes), and knowledge of Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:
- · Perform installation and configuration management on non-production and production environments for middleware products related to Datawarehouse project (SAS 9.3, SAS 9.4 M5 and M7, SAS Viya)
- Perform tuning and monitoring for DWH apps, update, patch middleware infrastructure for DWH on non-production and production environments
- Recover middleware during incidents to meet targeted SLAs
- Contributes to problem and root cause analysis and make suitable recommendations for corrective action plans
- Create and maintain technical documents such as knowledge base articles and FAQs in Confluence
Experience, knowledge, and skills required :
- Knowledge on Datawarehouse systems (SAS 9.3, SAS 9.4 M5 and M7, SAS Viya)
