Role Summary
- Produce regular "Culture Scout" reports for the reactive Social Media Management team
- Identify real-time social trends and opportunities
- Provide localised social landscape insights for Ireland
- Share relevant cultural insights and nuances
- Implement social media strategies as per defined work scopes
- Collaborate with teams for end-to-end campaign delivery
- Manage influencers and community communications, including copywriting
- Generate actionable insights using performance data analysis.

- Must be based in or from Ireland for local knowledge
- Passion for brands and social media and digital culture curiosity
- Detail-oriented with a flair for delivering high-quality outputs
- Driven, adaptable, and ambitious in a dynamic social landscape

What you'll be doing
Producing regular “Culture Scout” reports to support our reactive Social Media Management team
Identifying and analysing real-time social trends and opportunities
Providing localised social landscape insights specific to Ireland
Sharing wider cultural insights and nuances relevant to Irish audiences
Implementing social media strategies in line with defined scopes of work
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver campaigns end-to-end
Influencer management: identifying, sourcing, and managing partnerships
Community management: writing copy and managing platform communications
Reporting: analysing performance data and producing actionable insights
Who we're looking for
You must be based in or from Ireland, as strong local knowledge is essential to deliver relevant market insights and cultural understanding.
