We’ve grown to 8 pods across 7 locations with no traditional team structure. Until now, the CEO has handled everything from customer support to site builds. This is the first operational hire — and a rare opportunity to help shape how the business scales.
This isn’t a corporate management role. It’s for someone bright, practical, and low-ego who wants real responsibility early and enjoys solving problems in the real world.
You’ll own day-to-day performance across our existing pods — answering customer calls, maintaining quality standards across sites, strengthening venue relationships, improving marketing performance, and building simple systems that help the business grow. Some days will be strategic; others will be hands-on. Both matter.
You’ll start by learning every detail of how PodGolf operates. As you grow into the role, you’ll help hire and build the operational team and take on broader leadership responsibility as the company expands.
