Role Summary
- This is a unique opportunity to join the Arctic Coliving team as a Community Resident, acting as a welcoming ambassador to guests, fostering a friendly, inclusive environment.
- You'll be responsible for spending around 10 hours per week engaging with guests, orienting newcomers, and occasionally organizing group activities.
- As well as these ambassadorial duties, there are opportunities for additional work in content creation, social media, and guest experience support.
Role Requirements
- A love for mountain environments and sports, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in social media and creation of engaging content.
- Experience in community building, group facilitation, and guest service is preferable.
- Proficiency in English, with Norwegian being a bonus.
- An aspiration to enhance the overall coliving and guest experience.
Relevant experiences
Proven ability to actively foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, with a social and international mindset.
Genuine passion for mountain environments and sports (e.g., hiking, climbing, skiing).
Strong fluency in social media platforms and ability to create engaging content (photos, videos, blogs).
Demonstrated responsibility and reliability, including proactive problem-solving and effective time management.
Nice to Have
Experience in community building and facilitating group activities.
Ability to independently handle guest inquiries and minor issues.
Proficiency in English, Norwegian optional.
Interest in enhancing the overall coliving and guest experience.

About the Arctic Coliving Community Residency
Arctic Coliving invites passionate individuals to join our unique Community Residency program at the Voss Mountain Lodge. This is a seasonal opportunity (June-August, with potential extension to May-September) for those who thrive in community, love the outdoors, and are eager to share the magic of the mountains with a global audience. You'll gain invaluable experience in a dynamic hospitality and coliving environment, all while living rent-free in one of Norway's most stunning adventure sportslocations.
