🐝 We are a fast-growing female-led sustainability startup helping businesses support impactful wildlife projects across the UK. Read more about our story:https://greentheuk.com/our-story/

🐝 We connect businesses with high-quality conservation projects delivered by trusted charities and environmental experts. Our partners fund initiatives such as tree planting, wildflower meadow restoration, kelp forest recovery, native oyster restoration and endangered species monitoring.

🐝 These projects create measurable impact for UK biodiversity and local communities, while helping businesses deliver meaningful ESG, sustainability and social value commitments.

🐝 We work with organisations across a wide range of industries to design campaigns that also provide engaging stories and content for their teams and customers. Explore our case studies:https://greentheuk.com/case-studies/

🐝 Due to fast-growing demand from both business clients and conservation partners, we’re expanding the GreenTheUK team as we scale over the coming months - now is the time to join.

🐝 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven startup at an exciting stage of growth, with real scope to shape the future of the company and your role within it.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

🐝 We are looking for a hands-on Sales Consultant with at least 2 years of full-cycle sales experience to help grow GreenTheUK’s portfolio of business partners and increase support for our charity-led wildlife projects.

🐝 You’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline, engaging potential partners and converting them into long-term clients. As part of a small team, you’ll help shape our sales approach and play an important role in growing GreenTheUK’s network of business partners.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying potential clients and new business opportunities for GreenTheUK
  • Generating leads through outreach, networking and research
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Pitching GreenTheUK partnerships to decision-makers at SMEs and larger organisations (online and in person)
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
  • Developing value-aligned partnerships that support both businesses and conservation projects
  • Managing leads and tracking activity through CRM systems
  • Reporting progress and results to the Managing Director
  • Collaborating with the team to refine sales strategy, tools and processes
  • Supporting client relationships beyond the sale, including attending volunteering events and occasionally contributing to case studies and marketing content

COMPETENCIES:

  • At least 2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (SME, field sales or partnerships roles)
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and leads
  • Confident pitching to decision makers via phone, video and in person
  • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Collaborative team player with a solutions-focused mindset

ABOUT YOU:

🐝 You’re an enthusiastic and driven individual looking to develop your career in sales within a mission-driven organisation. With at least two years of experience, you’re comfortable managing conversations with potential clients and taking ownership of your pipeline.

🐝 You naturally build relationships, communicate clearly and enjoy working towards targets. You’re proactive, organised and happy to roll up your sleeves in a fast-growing startup environment.

🐝 An interest in sustainability is important, but you don’t need to be an expert. We’ll provide training on our projects, partners and the environmental impact we deliver.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Competitive base salary + commission
  • 28 days holiday + your birthday off
  • Office based on Bermondsey Street, in a characterful brick building shared with our sister companies and other independent businesses
  • Hybrid working: typically office-based Monday–Thursday with remote working on Fridays
  • Team visits to wildlife projects across the UK
  • Regular team socials and activities
  • Cycle to work scheme
