As we strive to become the most loved travel solution for pet lovers, we are looking for a Design Systems Lead. As the first person in this role, you will have a strategic leadership position coupled with hands-on work.
Role Summary:
- Work with designers and engineers to evaluate and improve current design systems
- Create a scalable design system for the entire product and marketing organization
Role Requirements:
- At least 7 years in product design or product management with 4 years focused on design systems
- Experience in Figma, front-end technologies, design tokens, accessibility standards and design principles

The Role: As the first dedicated Design Systems Lead at TrustedHousesitters, you will evolve our design system practice. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on work. You will work closely with designers and engineers to evaluate our current systems, define future visions, and build a scalable, cohesive design system for our entire product and marketing organization.
Job Requirements: - 7+ years in product design or product management, with at least 4 years focused on design systems. - Proven track record in designing and implementing design system components. - Strong proficiency in Figma, knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS), and component-based frameworks. - Experience with design tokens, accessibility standards, and design principles.
