We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Channel Marketing & Regions.

Role Summary:

  • Bridge brand and marketplace strategies.
  • Translate channel and region goals into marketing plans aligned with our brand.
  • Manage rollout of marketing plans across eCommerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels, as well as across European regions.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure that marketing activations spur brand growth and conversion rate optimization.


Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in channel marketing leadership roles.
  • Experience in multi-channel and multi-market environments.
  • Advanced influencing skills and the ability to lead without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A deep connection with Patagonia's environmental purpose.

The role: As the Senior Manager, Channel Marketing & Regions, you will bridge brand and marketplace strategies, translating goals by channel and region into marketing plans that align with our brand direction. You will oversee the rollout of these plans across all channels including eCommerce, Retail, and Wholesale, and across European regions such as North, Central, South, and Emerging Markets. This position requires collaboration across functions to ensure that marketing activations build our brand and drive engagement, traffic, and conversion, delivering a consistent customer journey.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in channel marketing leadership roles, with exposure to multi-channel and multi-market environments. You should be comfortable with complexity, have advanced influencing skills, and the ability to lead without direct authority. Strong analytical skills and a deep connection to Patagonia's purpose are essential.
