Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with a specialization in Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) and mixed-method evaluations.
- Proven experience in the field of education research and advanced academic training in quantitative research methods.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.

The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) is a social purpose company dedicated to improving people's lives and communities. The role: As a Senior Research Advisor in Education, you will lead research and evaluation projects in education, focusing on formal education settings from early years to higher education, with potential work in informal settings. You will manage studies, lead interventions applying behavioural sciences, and contribute to business development by leading proposals and maintaining sector relationships.
Job requirements: Candidates should have a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methods, particularly RCTs and mixed-method evaluations. Experience in education research and a postgraduate level academic training in quantitative research methods are essential. You should also be skilled in managing complex projects and have excellent communication abilities.
