Software Engineering Intern, Platform

The role: As a Platform Engineering Intern, you will join our skilled platform engineering team. This role is ideal for university students seeking hands-on experience in building and operating real-world infrastructure and internal tooling. You will work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to the development of our cloud infrastructure and internal tools that enhance developer efficiency and system reliability.

Job requirements: Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or a related field. Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or Java is essential. Familiarity with cloud concepts, Git, and an interest in automation and infrastructure are also required. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are crucial for this role.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £42.5k (prorated over your internship), flexible working arrangements with three days a week from our office in Vauxhall, and 10 days of flexible holiday.
