Chef

We are seeking talented, experienced and passionate chefs to join our wonderful team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in food preparation and a keen understanding of food safety standards. As a chef here, you will ensure high-quality food production, and maintain a positive, kind atmosphere within the kitchen. Creativity and consistency are highly valued.

Duties

• Food preparation, cooking, managing stock.
• Efficient workflow.
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to established recipes and standards for quality.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Collaborate with our Bar, Floor and Deli team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Contribute creative ideas to the head chef for the menu. 
• Someone who thrives ins a bustling restaurant.

Experience

• Proven experience in a fast paced, hands on chef role in a restaurant kitchen.
• Knowledge of food production techniques and best practices in food safety.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
