Duration: 3 Months (with the potential to carry on for our 3-year Product Leaders Programme)

Salary: £10,000 for the 3-month internship, starting salary of £50,000 for the full Product Leaders Programme

Intake: September 2026, January 2027

3-Month Stand-alone Internship

3-Year Product Leaders Programme 

Those who thrived in our internship will be offered the chance to continue into our rotational programme, spending time across various Sparx teams.

You will build deep expertise in data, pedagogy, commercial strategy, engineering, product management and design.

Lead a Sparx Product Team 

Step into a leadership role, building a new team and product from one of our world-class offices in London, Bristol or Exeter.
