About the Role
As our Programme Support Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our virtual office, ensuring the smooth running of our powerful programmes. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and Business Operations Manager, handling everything from participant communications and programme bookings to logistics and live tech support for our virtual workshops. Your role is central to creating a seamless experience for our participants, facilitators and team.
You’ll work 30 hours per week, spread over 5 days (pro rata salary), your hours can be flexible around our core hours of 9-1 and no two days will be the same.One day, you might be helping a participant book on to a session or troubleshooting a Zoom issue; the next, you could be updating our website or coordinating with facilitators to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Participant & Stakeholder Communication: Manage shared inboxes and act as the first point of contact for participants, facilitators, and stakeholders, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic communication. Respond to enquiries, provide information, and troubleshoot issues to create a seamless experience for our community..
- Programme Logistics: Coordinate programme bookings, maintain accurate participant records, and oversee logistics for workshops and programmes. Ensure all administrative processes run smoothly, allowing our team and participants to focus on the learning experience.
- Tech & Delivery Support: Provide technical support for virtual programmes, including Zoom setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring facilitators and participants have the tools and access they need. Act as a go-to resource for any tech-related questions during sessions.
- Platform Management: Support the management of our core digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, and our website. Update content, monitor communications, and ensure all platforms are used effectively to enhance participant engagement and operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our small, remote team to support internal communication, operational tasks, and cross-functional projects. Contribute to a positive, productive team culture where everyone’s input is valued.

Essential Experience:
- 2+ years in customer support, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams) and digital tools.
Desirable Experience:
- Supporting online programmes, events, or training.
- Basic website content updates using a CMS.
- Operating Zoom and supporting on technical issues.
- Use of Clickup.
- Working in a small, remote team.
