Commercial Controller - Impulse & New Business

The role: This is a high-ownership, high-impact commercial leadership role at the forefront of MOJU's growth. As Commercial Controller - Impulse & New Business, you'll own how MOJU wins in Impulse. You'll set the strategy, build the plan, lead the team, and personally unlock priority new business customers. You'll sit on the Sales Leadership Team and act as the commercial lead for one of MOJU's most important growth channels. Job requirements: Responsibilities of the role include owning the Impulse strategy, defining where and how MOJU wins across Convenience, Wholesale, Away from Home and Foodservice, aligned to consumer occasions and MOJU's three-year ambition. You will also be responsible for winning new business, building and running a best-in-class new business funnel from lead to close, and delivering the commercials. You will own senior customer relationships, orchestrate the right MOJU people around customers, and build partnerships beyond the meeting room. Leading, coaching, and developing the Impulse team, setting clear standards on pace, focus, and accountability are also key responsibilities.
