Reporting to the Senior Grants & Commissioning Manager, your responsibilities will include managing grant agreements, maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce, and ensuring timely processing of payments and other requirements. You will act as a central point for operational delivery, helping to onboard partners and resolve issues swiftly, thereby enabling our teams to focus on impactful delivery.
Job Requirements: You should be adept at managing multiple tasks and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is essential. You should be proactive, solution-focused, and possess strong communication skills to effectively manage relationships and keep projects on track.
