The Role: As the Senior Grants & Commissioning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our grant systems and commissioning processes to ensure they are efficient, compliant, and strategically aligned with our goals. You will be responsible for the oversight of our Salesforce grant management system, ensuring its optimal performance and data integrity. This includes managing system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting, as well as leading on risk management and compliance for our funding activities.
Job Requirements: You should have extensive experience in managing complex grants and commissioning processes, with a strong background in systems and data management, preferably with Salesforce. Your ability to negotiate terms, oversee due diligence, and ensure adherence to policies will be crucial. You should also possess strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and supporting team members, particularly in high-demand periods.
