At Runna, now acquired by Strava, we are dedicated to becoming the leading global training platform for runners. We aim to transform everyday runners into outstanding athletes through our innovative app, which offers world-class training, coaching, and a supportive community. Our platform has gained significant recognition, including being a finalist for the iPhone app of the year by Apple and securing substantial funding to fuel our growth.

The role: As an Associate Partnerships Manager based in New York City, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our US race partnership program. This position requires you to work three days per week in-office. Your responsibilities will include optimizing existing partnerships, identifying and onboarding new race events, and ensuring the success of these collaborations through data-driven strategies. You will work closely with internal teams and race partners to enhance our offerings and ensure alignment with our brand's strategic goals.

Job requirements: We are looking for a candidate with 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or race/events management, preferably within the running or endurance sports sector. You should have a proven track record of managing partnerships end-to-end, from identification to optimization. Strong project management skills and familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot or Asana are essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Benefits: Runna offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 per year, along with participation in Strava's stock programs. Our benefits package in the USA includes flexible working arrangements, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, free subscriptions to Runna & Strava, a Headspace membership, annual allowances for gear and gym, comprehensive health insurance, and a 401K plan. We also provide modern health and fertility support benefits to ensure our team's well-being.

If you are passionate about building something meaningful and are driven by the opportunity to impact millions of runners globally, we would love to hear from you. Please contact your Talent Partner for more details and to discuss any accommodations needed during the interview process.
