At Runna, we are dedicated to becoming the leading global training platform for runners. We aim to transform everyday runners into outstanding athletes through our innovative app, which offers world-class training, coaching, and a supportive community. Our rapid growth is fueled by recent achievements, including a $6.5M funding round and recognition from Apple as a finalist for the iPhone app of the year. With the strategic acquisition by Strava, we are poised for even greater expansion and impact.
The role: As the CRM Acquisition Manager, you will be the pioneer in focusing solely on acquisition within our CRM team, part of the broader Growth Marketing function. Your primary responsibility will be to convert Strava athletes into Runna athletes using top-tier lifecycle marketing strategies. You will create and manage complex customer journeys and automations across both platforms, utilizing tools like Iterable and our AI-powered CRM platform, Aampe. Your role involves extensive collaboration with Strava's lifecycle marketing team to ensure a seamless transition and experience for users between the two apps.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of CRM experience, preferably in a B2C app environment. You should be proficient in using marketing platforms like Iterable, Braze, or HubSpot and have a solid understanding of segmentation strategies and A/B testing. Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns and using product analytics tools like Mixpanel is essential.
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $135,000 per year, equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits package. This includes flexible working arrangements, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, free subscriptions to Runna & Strava, a Headspace membership, annual allowances for gear and gym memberships, health insurance, and fertility support.
We are committed to making our interview process enjoyable and accommodating, with steps including video calls and an office visit to meet the team in New York. We encourage candidates to communicate any specific needs to ensure a comfortable and effective interview experience.
