Role Summary

  • Create effective product assortments by translating regional market dynamics and consumer preferences.
  • Handle the full product lifecycle, from seasonal planning and Go-to-Market strategies to in-season trading and performance analysis.
  • Align assortments with brand values and optimize them for profitability across eCommerce, owned retail, and wholesale distribution.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-channel merchandising, preferably within the outdoor, sports, or apparel industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PLM tools, strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of the EMEA retail landscape.
  • Leadership experience along with capability to manage and develop teams.

The role: As a Marketplace Merchandising Manager, you will play a crucial role in translating regional market dynamics and consumer preferences into effective product assortments. This involves overseeing the full product lifecycle, from seasonal planning and Go-to-Market strategies to in-season trading and performance analysis. Your efforts will ensure that our assortments are commercially viable, aligned with our brand values, and optimized for profitability across all sales channels including eCommerce, owned retail, and wholesale distribution.

Job requirements: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-channel merchandising, preferably within the outdoor, sports, or apparel industry. You should have advanced knowledge of the EMEA retail landscape, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PLM tools. Leadership experience and a strong ability to manage and develop teams are also crucial.
