The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) is a social purpose company dedicated to improving people's lives and communities. We partner with governments, businesses, foundations, and charities to address major policy issues, often through testing and implementing simple yet impactful changes. With around 200 staff in 8 countries and a track record of over 1000 projects, including more than 700 randomised controlled trials, BIT is a leader in applying behavioural science for social good.

The Role: We are seeking three Quantitative Research Advisors to join our teams in Education, Economic Policy, or International Development. You will be involved in designing and implementing quantitative research and evaluations, managing data, and communicating results effectively. This role requires managing small projects independently and contributing to larger projects.

Job Requirements: Candidates should have a Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant quantitative field or equivalent experience, proficiency in R, and a strong understanding of statistical concepts and field experiments. Experience in public policy design and clear communication skills are essential.
