Role Summary

The Role:
We are looking for an analytical, commercially-minded Performance Marketing Executive to join our Paid Marketing Squad. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be managing our CSS shopping campaigns, using data to unlock new growth and scale Lyst’s presence across global markets.
You’ll possess strong expertise across core performance channels, including Paid Shopping and Search. You’ll be building, managing and optimising campaigns, analysing performance, spotting issues quickly and making confident data-led decisions. We value a test and learn mindset and expect you to continuously seek new opportunities, prioritising high impact experiments across established and emerging markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day execution of large scale Comparison Shopping Service Google shopping campaigns across multiple markets.
- Identify key trends and insights to achieve maximum growth and efficiency across diverse campaigns.
- Support budget pacing and investment decisions, helping ensure spend is directed toward the highest-impact opportunities.
- Maintain clear performance reporting, turning campaign data into simple, practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other tribes to identify, test and scale initiatives that improve performance.
- Build strong working relationships with Lyst’s Google and Microsoft contacts to gain maximum industry insight and enable access to latest product betas.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar Performance Marketing Executive role.
- Expert proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads products, with demonstrated history of managing campaigns at significant scale.
- Highly analytical and comfortable with processing raw data.
- Exceptional attention to detail in the setup, management, and measurement of marketing activities.
- Inquisitive nature, with ability to deep dive into complex data to understand performance drivers and influence outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Looker or Google Analytics .
- Confident team player, adept at collaborating with and approaching other squads.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take initiative.
Nice to have:
- Experience in ecommerce, marketplace, fashion, retail or another high-volume performance marketing environment.
