The Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Acquisition Executive to join Lyst’s Partnerships tribe. You will work as part of a newly-formed team tasked with expanding Lyst’s partner network by bringing a checkout-first marketplace on Lyst to life. You will look after scaled outreach and onboarding, and will be responsible for a large pipeline of leads. This role requires previous experience of working in a sales environment, converting partners at scale and managing pipelines, as well as the ability to work autonomously and get the ground running.
Responsibilities
- New Partner Acquisition: You will look after mass outreach to potential partners, driving conversations from leads through to contract signing.
- Pipeline Management: Independently manage a pipeline of prospective partners using email automation tools and move them through the signup process.
- Strategic Thinking: Suggest and refine strategies to secure agreements with fashion brands and retailers, demonstrating a proactive and solution-orientated mindset.
- Understanding of Sales and Business Development: Understand how to sell a concept via outreach and work towards targets.
- Performance & Collaboration: Working autonomously but also in collaboration with internal stakeholders – aligning sales efforts with overall company goals.
Requirements
- Experience: A proven background in business development and sales in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, as well as experience with email automation tools (such as Salesforce or Hubspot). Familiar with generating leads, including the use of LinkedIn.
- Commercial Acumen: The ability to drive results and meet targets, as well as take ownership of and report on pipeline progress. A comprehensive knowledge of Excel and other tools is required for reporting.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to represent Lyst professionally to external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Planning: Strong time management skills – you will be comfortable managing and prioritising different lead stages and moving them forward in line with goals.
- Adaptability: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a pipeline autonomously in a scale-up environment.
