General Manager

Key areas of this generalist role involve:

Project management

• Manage interdepartmental projects from conception to completion.
• Clear communication and task management - keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned, informed and on track.

Executive assistance to our CEO

• Coordinated diaries and extensive global travel arrangements.
• Provide oversight and overview of ongoing projects.

Office management

• Taking responsibility for the effective functioning of our central London offices.
• Keeping the vibes good.

Team leadership

• We are a mission lead business where we put global farming communities and our team before profit. This does not stop us being highly efficient and ambitious, rather it increases our focus and dedication. This role involves enabling the team to work together effectively and efficiently.
