Key areas of this generalist role involve:
Project management
- Manage interdepartmental projects from conception to completion.
- Clear communication and task management - keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned, informed and on track.
Executive assistance to our CEO
- Coordinated diaries and extensive global travel arrangements.
- Provide oversight and overview of ongoing projects.
Office management
- Taking responsibility for the effective functioning of our central London offices.
- Keeping the vibes good.
Team leadership
