Senior Brand Manager

An incredible opportunity for an individual with strong brand marketing experience, with 5+ years in consumer brands (ideally in beverage).

You’ll need to have deep understanding of how to deploy the brand strategy across trade marketing, customer experience, and digital. Whilst being comfortable driving and contributing to top line revenue growth.

You’ll be reporting into our founders and get to work within a talented marketing team. It’s important to be comfortable reaching up and down, whilst collaborating effectively across the organisation.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Proven experience managing and amplifying a brand marketing strategy.
• A great creative eye and understanding of style and aesthetic.
• Ability to execute comms to a high level across multiple channels.
• Drinks trade marketing experience in on trade and retail and comfortable tracking effects on ROS.
• Proven experience working on a budget and targets.
• Manage campaigns from idea to finish.
• Manage best in sector events, activations, and collaborations and partnerships.
• Content management and amplification.
• Experience with both paid and organic advertising channels and fluent in metrics like ROAS, AOV, CAC, & LTV.
• Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo, sms, and more.

• Ability to prioritise and communicate.
• Work effectively within our teams and agencies.
• Happy to travel around the UK and occasionally to the USA, and other.
• Brave. Happy to take action and embrace the learnings.
• Pro-active by nature.

NICE TO HAVE & NOT ESSENTIAL

• Understanding and experience working on both UK and USA marketing.
• Experience scaling Amazon.
• Experience scaling subscriptions.
• Media skills in content creation, design, video editing.

Location: We have offices and locations in London and Cornwall. We have a hybrid working policy however being in one of the locations at least two days a week is encouraged.
