WITHIN is a boutique consultancy that helps leaders build organisations where people genuinely thrive. We work at the intersection of strategy, culture, leadership development and organisational change - and we're growing fast.

We're three founders (Phil, Lillemor, Felix) based in London, Munich and Düsseldorf. We've built something profitable and purposeful and we've doubled our revenue every year since launching in 2023. We’re on track to do that again this year. That’s why we need our first hire - someone to grow with us.

This role sits right at the heart of the business. You'll work directly with the three of us, get involved in client delivery, help shape our growth strategy and be part of every important conversation we have: from offsites to pitches to the messy, exciting work of building a consultancy from scratch.

What you'll actually be doing

Work alongside the founders

• Be a trusted right hand to three founders, joining key meetings, off-sites and client sessions
• Take on strategic projects to help us build our business from scoping to delivery - so we can move faster and think bigger
• Help us prepare for important conversations: pitches, board updates, proposals

Support client delivery

• Play an active role in delivering consulting work for our clients: supporting programmes, writing content and keeping things on track
• Develop your consulting and facilitation toolkit: working with experienced practitioners on key engagements
• Build relationships with clients and help us deliver work that genuinely makes a difference

Drive growth and new business

• Help us tell our story better: contribute to how we position WITHIN, articulate our impact and show up in the market
• Explore new opportunities: whether that's a new service, a new sector or a smarter way of reaching the right clients

Shape WITHIN from the inside

• Help us work smarter: identify where Claude can save us time, build workflows that stick, and stay ahead of what's possible
• Help us build the tools and processes that will make WITHIN scalable
• Contribute to our culture and ways of working 

Who you are

We're particularly keen to hear from you if you are:

1. A sharp, curious professional with around 2 years of experience, who devours problems, learns at pace and wants to be thrown in the deep end from day one.
2. Someone with 3-5 years of experience - perhaps from consulting, a fast-growing company, or a role that required wearing many hats - who is ready to step up and take on real ownership.

In either case, you can demonstrate:

• A genuine interest in business, people and how change actually happens
• The ability to think clearly and communicate well: in writing, in a room, under pressure
• High tolerance for ambiguity: you don't need everything defined before you start
• High standards for your own work and a low tolerance for mediocrity
• An entrepreneurial streak: you spot opportunities, use initiative and follow through
• Curiosity about the world of work and how our approach can make a difference to clients
• The confidence to push back on the founders when you think we're wrong
• A willingness to get your hands dirty (like we do) on less glamorous tasks needed to build a business

What we offer

• £45,000–£50,000 salary, depending on previous experience
