Monzo’s coming to Spain, and we need a writer who can take our iconic brand voice and make it feel at home there. This isn't just about changing pounds into euros. It’s about deep product localisation and high-impact storytelling. We’d expect you to know what Spanish people are watching on a Tuesday night and doing on the weekend, and to weave that sort of hyper local knowledge into your writing. As our first dedicated Writer for the Spanish market, you’ll be the bridge between our global writing standards and local cultural nuances. You will work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Legal to ensure every word we publish – whether it’s a tiny button in the app or a giant billboard in Madrid – is clear, compliant, and unmistakably Monzo. You’ll play a key role by seeking out and owning high impact work, finessing our product experience, adapting our tone, crafting campaigns, navigating compliance, collaborating across teams, and accelerating our growth in Spain.
