As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us. With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers! We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo. We’re looking for an experienced EA to step in and provide seamless support to their leaders. This is a great opportunity to work across different parts of the Executive team. We know that an excellent EA leads to better outcomes for our customers by enabling the performance of the Executive they support. This is why we are looking for a passionate, ambitious EA who relishes working in a fast paced environment where they have an opportunity to make a real difference. We generally work 1:2 / 1:3 depending on the workload associated with the person. Joining a team of 16 you will collaborate with our existing EA team to keep Monzo running and to continue to raise the bar on what great support looks like.
