Role Summary
- Oversee a field-based team delivering infrastructure and hard landscaping.
- Plan and carry out works such as paths, fencing, play equipment, and structures.
- Ensure sites are safe, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard.

Parks & Landscapes Hard Works Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a field-based team delivering infrastructure and hard landscaping across a large green estate. You’ll plan and carry out works such as paths, fencing, play equipment and structures, ensuring sites are safe, well-maintained and presented to a high standard. You’ll lead on health and safety, support team development and work closely with managers and colleagues to deliver efficient, high-quality services. We’re looking for someone with strong hard/groundworks experience, practical skills, and the ability to lead, organise and communicate effectively, with a proactive approach to improving sites and developing others.
