Freelance Virtual Learning Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Virtual Learning Assistant to edit and subtitle our recorded training sessions, making them professional, engaging, and accessible. Each session is approximately 2 hours long, and we estimate it will take between 4-6 hours to complete editing and subtitling for each video. This is a freelance role, in which you will be assigned one or more videos requiring editing and subtitling each month. Edited and subtitled videos are expected to be delivered within one week of assignment. We aim to match freelancers to specific event series or programmes so they have prior awareness of schedules and themes to ensure consistency and familiarity with the content. We are open to candidates with a range of experiences. No prior experience is required, as we will provide the necessary training to help you become proficient in the tools and processes needed for this role. What matters most is your attention to detail, organisational skills, and willingness to learn.
