Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Help in the delivery of day-to-day running of the Watersports Centre.
- Help in the maintenance of equipment.

- Support the qualified instructor team with delivering high-quality sessions.
We are looking for Watersports Assistants to join our team. You will play a key role in the operation of our busy Boat Hire offering, support the instructor team with a variety of sessions, and (where permitted) you will lead your own sessions after in-house training. As part of this role you will ensure all our visitors have a safe and memorable experience out on the water by delivering high quality sessions in line with both internal procedures and national governing body syllabuses. Objectives: To help in the delivery of day to day running of the Watersports Centre, including Boat Hire. To help in the maintenance of equipment and be required to carry out any duties expected of a Watersports Assistant. To support the qualified instructor team with the delivery of high quality sessions to participants.
