The Head of Strategic Finance is a new role on the Mammoth Brands finance leadership team, based in New York City. Reporting directly to the Mammoth Brands CFO, Jeff Lipkin, this person will serve as a trusted partner across some of our most important financial decisions — from capital markets and financing and M&A execution to external investor positioning/story telling, Board material generation along with driving ad hoc Mammoth Brands CEO-driven growth initiatives. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and strategy: equally comfortable building a detailed financial model and presenting to a board, managing investment banking relationships and drafting an S-1. You will help shape how Mammoth Brands tells its financial story externally, execute transactions end to end, and support the company’s path toward becoming a publicly-listed company. We are looking for a candidate with deep technical finance expertise, strong judgment, and the ownership mentality to operate with significant autonomy in a high-stakes environment — with ambitions to grow and expand into a larger leadership role over time. This person is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when necessary.
