Role Summary
- Supports content ingestion/import, transformations, and launch workflows.
- Executing ingestion tasks, running UAT/QA, reconciling ingestion errors, and triaging defects.
- Partners closely with Partner Enablement staff, Product & Engineering, the Services Org, and Teaching & Learning.
- Ensures partner content meets Coursera specifications and launches reliably.

Coursera’s Strategic Launch sub-team is building a durable capability to ingest, transform, and launch partner content at scale. This Specialist role supports content ingestion/import, transformations, and launch workflows by executing ingestion tasks, running UAT/QA, reconciling ingestion errors, and triaging defects. The role partners closely with Partner Enablement staff, Product & Engineering, the Services Org, and Teaching & Learning to ensure partner content meets Coursera specifications and launches reliably.
