Role Summary

Role Requirements
The main purpose of the role is to create and maintain relationships with introducing used car dealers and brokers. To attend face to face appointments and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance terms to brokers. To ensure individual targets are met and adhere to company policies. As an Account Manager at Tandem your focus will be on: Creating new motor finance broker relationships within your geographical area. Managing existing broker accounts to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets. Attending face to face meetings and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance facilities to brokers. Offering excellent customer service. Being an active team player. Achieving business targets and personal objectives. Attending 121’s and team meetings in any of our office locations (typically held in Cardiff).
