Role Summary
- Support the Underwriting Manager to achieve departmental service levels
- Uphold company standards and comply with all relevant Company and regulatory obligations
- Ensure fair treatment of customers is embedded within the Underwriting team
- Support Underwriters by processing applications and speaking with customers

Role Requirements
The main purpose of the role is to support the Underwriting Manager to achieve departmental service levels whilst upholding company standards and complying with all relevant Company and regulatory obligations (including adherence to FCA rules and delivering fair customer outcomes). This is a key role in ensuring that the fair treatment of customers is embedded within the Underwriting team. You will support Underwriters by processing applications and speaking with our customers. Your focus will be on reviewing and assessing all new finance applications, ensuring compliance, and managing inbound communications. You will also be involved in achieving KPI targets and promoting fair customer outcomes.
