About CarbonChain: Want to work on the most pressing challenge of our generation? If you have experience building exceptional products, know how to execute at scale, and want to help build a company for the long term, we'd love to hear from you. CarbonChain helps the world’s biggest supply chains measure and reduce their carbon emissions, using verified primary data where possible, and robust defaults where it isn’t. We build software that turns messy, real-world operational and supplier information into decision-grade carbon and compliance insights, so teams can act: improve sourcing, meet regulations like CBAM, and deliver credible reporting to customers, investors, and regulators. We’re a product-led company operating in a high-stakes domain. Data quality, auditability, reliability, and trust matter as much as speed. If you enjoy building systems that customers rely on, and shipping improvements that measurably change behaviour across a network, you’ll feel at home here.

About the Role: We're looking for a Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers. This is a full-stack role with a frontend and product focus - you'll build features that users love and stick around to see how they're adopted. You'll work closely with Product Managers, commercial team, and customers to ship solutions that solve real problems. We're looking for someone who's worked in a startup environment and knows how to move fast, iterate based on feedback, and build with the customer in mind.

What You'll Do: Build end-to-end features across the full stack, with a focus on creating polished, intuitive user experiences. Own features from ideation through to user adoption - you'll help define what we build, ship it, and measure its impact well after go-live and show true customer obsession. Work directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and validate solutions. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and designers to turn ideas into shipped features, making trade-offs and iterating rapidly. Partner with teams outside of Product & Engineering - like Sales, Customer Success, and Carbon Team - to understand how our product is used and what problems need solving. Build with modern frontend technologies while being comfortable diving into backend work when needed. Contribute to product thinking and help shape our roadmap based on what you're seeing and hearing from users. Think critically and pragmatically - ship MVPs quickly to learn from REAL users, and iterate.
