As Head of Operations, you will be the operational backbone of the business—owning company-wide execution, ensuring strategic alignment, and building the systems and processes that allow us to scale. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with leadership across product, engineering, sales, and customer success to drive efficiency, performance, and growth. Key responsibilities include translating company strategy into operational plans, building scalable processes across finance and compliance, supporting talent strategy and company culture, managing budgets and fundraising activities, and overseeing risk and compliance. Requirements include 7+ years of experience in operations or business leadership, strong process scaling skills, financial acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
