The Senior Business Development Representative will be responsible for growing our revenue pipeline, iterating and updating our prospecting strategy, and supporting the sales team in achieving the company’s ambitious targets. The individual needs to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and quickly grasp the complexities of climate tech and SaaS sales. Responsibilities include designing and scaling outbound prospecting approaches, analyzing market trends, engaging top-of-funnel prospects, generating sales opportunities, and optimizing customer experiences. The candidate should have at least 9 months of BDR experience in a tech environment, excellent research skills, and a strong obsession with climate issues.
