We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Commercial Finance to play a key role in shaping sustainable, high-impact programmes that help young people succeed. Working across programme design, mobilisation and delivery, you’ll use financial insight and commercial expertise to influence strategic decision-making, strengthen funding propositions, and ensure our delivery models are viable, scalable and outcome-focused. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with senior leaders across the organisation to balance social impact, commercial sustainability and operational delivery.
You’ll lead commercial input into major bids and programme opportunities, helping to shape solutions that are financially robust, evidence-led and aligned to funder expectations. You’ll also develop frameworks to assess value for money, programme performance and long-term sustainability—supporting smarter decisions across the organisation.
