Junior Product Operations Specialist

Unifrog’s mission is to level the playing field for young people finding and applying for their next step after school by bringing all available information into one user-friendly platform. The platform aids students in making the best choices, empowers teachers and counsellors, and works globally. The role involves improving the platform, particularly data handling, and dev cycle administration. Key responsibilities include dev cycle administration, troubleshooting platform issues, and managing technical integrations. The role requires being an independent worker, a systems thinker, with attention to detail, diligence, and strong communication skills. Experience in product operations, technical project management, or technical support is preferred.
