Role Summary
- Lead the main member experience, from onboarding to recurring sits
- Own product health metrics that impact retention, satisfaction, sit frequency, and lifetime value
- Manage a top-performing team of product managers
- Work in close partnership with engineering, design, marketing, data, and member support teams

- Demonstrated experience as a Director in fast-growing B2C environments
- In-depth expertise in app development, mobile-first experiences, and customer engagement
- Knowledge in growth modeling, data analysis, and setting product strategy based on quantitative insights
- A deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and proven success in driving product health initiatives

The role: As the Director of Product for Core Experience & Customer Lifetime Value, you will be at the heart of our mission and product-led growth strategy, reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer. You will lead and elevate the core member journey, from onboarding to repeat sits, and own the product health metrics that drive retention, satisfaction, sit frequency, and lifetime value. Your role is crucial in delivering earned virality through exceptional member experiences, leading a high-performing team of product managers, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, data, and member support.
Job requirements: We are seeking someone with proven experience at the Director level in high-growth B2C environments, ideally with marketplace and subscription models in an international context. You should have strong app product expertise, a track record of scaling mobile-first experiences, and deep engagement. Expertise in growth modeling, data analysis, and using quantitative insights to guide product strategy is essential. You should also have a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and demonstrated success in driving product health initiatives.
