Here at Bright Network, we’re going through an extended period of growth, and our Member Marketing Team are now on the lookout for an Acquisition Lead to join them. More about the opportunity: As our Acquisition Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our member community, with primary ownership of paid acquisition channels and a strong contribution to broader acquisition and engagement strategy. You'll work collaboratively with our wider Marketing team to deliver data-led campaigns that grow our member base, increase engagement, and ensure Bright Network remains the go-to platform for ambitious students and graduates across the UK. While paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google) will be your core focus, this role sits within a wider acquisition ecosystem. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure paid activity is aligned to overall growth targets, member demand, and performance across organic, social, SEO, partnerships, and direct channels. Alongside this, you will be joining an exceptional collaborative atmosphere where everyone is supportive and focused on adding value. You'll have real ownership of acquisition channels from day one, with the full backing of a team that has built a genuinely loved brand and product.
