Role Summary
- Support a lead coach in a group environment by coaching candidates to help them in their next stages of their tech journey and career.
- Focus on interview technique, interpersonal skills, and professional technical skills.
- Support and guidance will be given by CFG.
- Dates of sessions will be agreed in advance.
- Training is included and is expected to be completed as part of the role.
- Assist and support the lead coach to support successful outcomes.
- Communicate with CFG when required.
- Support candidates in large group sessions.
- Provide feedback and take accurate attendance.
- Engage with training materials.
