Assistant Interview Coach

Be a role model to the next generation of women and non-binary people in tech! This is a very unique role that requires someone who is highly supportive and adaptable. You will be supporting a lead coach in a group environment by coaching candidates to help them in their next stages of their tech journey and career. Coaching will focus on interview technique, interpersonal skills and professional technical skills. Support and guidance will be given by CFG and dates of sessions will be agreed in advance. Training is included and is expected to be completed as part of the role. Key responsibilities include assisting and supporting the lead coach to support successful outcomes, communicating with CFG when required, supporting candidates in large group sessions, providing feedback, taking accurate attendance, and engaging with training materials. Requirements include a proven track record of coaching, being adaptable, creative, having a passion for tech, and a strong desire to help others.
