Full job description

Reporting directly to the Senior Buyer, this position works closely with the V&A Commercial Rights team, advising Buyers and Merchandisers on third-party asset use in bespoke product development for sale within the V&A shops, ensuring a joined-up approach to wider third-party rights clearance. Responsibilities include: managing third-party rights clearance for V&A merchandise and product development, upholding and developing V&A Rights Clearance practice and protocol, building and maintaining relationships with third-party rights holders, overseeing contract negotiations for retail development, and ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
