- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Partnerships to build and scale a high-impact partnerships function that drives meaningful revenue growth and accelerates distribution across our key markets. This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic ownership of partnerships with direct commercial accountability. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and play a critical role in shaping TiPJAR’s go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem, and long-term growth. What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day: Partnerships & Revenue Delivery, Partner Strategy & Go-To-Market, Partner Activation & Performance, Partnerships Leadership & Team Development. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Proven experience building and scaling B2B partnerships in SaaS, fintech, or hospitality tech. Strong commercial background with ownership of revenue targets. Experience negotiating complex agreements including revenue share and distribution deals. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience working with platform ecosystems (payments, POS, integrations). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Commercially driven and outcome-focused. Strong negotiator who can push back and protect value. Structured and data-driven, but pragmatic. Able to build from scratch and scale effectively. Confident working across multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
