Agroforestry Innovations Specialist

Seeking an innovative professional with 3+ years of experience designing and scaling agricultural projects to help us answer one critical question: How do we serve farmers better with Trees? Responsibilities include trial design and field execution, leading social and behavior change communication initiatives, and collaborating with teams. Additionally, the role involves team training and talent management, contributing to career growth and development within One Acre Fund. The candidate will support recruitment efforts and lead execution of recruitment plans, building capacity of teams to adopt improved practices. The Nigeria program, established in 2018, is headquartered in Minna, Niger state and serves over 100,000 unique farmers.
