About the Role: We are looking for an Associate with 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations to join our team. You will lead a portfolio of projects aimed at achieving the organization's strategic priorities, while coordinating across multiple teams and working closely with One Acre Fund's senior leadership and CEO. You will report to the Office of the CEO Manager. Responsibilities: Lead strategic projects, plan and implement projects to support major priorities across our teams and countries. Implement organizational change, manage communications and stakeholder coordination, and support operational teams.
