Rwanda Civil Engineer (Fixed-Term)

Hiring a Civil Engineer (Project Engineer) to work at the RICA Seed Centre’s physical infrastructure for the implementation of the project, overseeing the civil engineering aspect of the project. Responsibilities include leading civil design review and technical oversight, overseeing construction execution and site delivery, ensuring quality, safety and compliance, driving technical problem solving and project assurance, building team capability and supporting project delivery. The role includes supervision of civil works, conducting site inspections, enforcing quality standards, promoting safety procedures, providing on-site technical guidance and training, and supporting the development of technical documentation.
