Nigeria Expansion Senior Specialist

Seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of experience to lead expansion into new regions and products for One Acre Fund Nigeria: designing, testing, and implementing models that deepen farmer impact and advance our 2030 goals. The expansion senior specialist will oversee efforts to identify new products, services, and states to accelerate progress toward our vision. You will develop strategies and plans to extend our reach to new regions, helping hundreds of thousands of farmers annually. The Expansion Lead will work alongside program leaders to lead these initiatives and will report to the Program Division Lead. Responsibilities include: building a long-term strategy for expansion to new areas, translating high-level strategy into actionable annual expansion plans, coordinating expansion decision-making and implementation across departments, and managing communication of main decisions and priorities across all teams.
