Role Summary
- Evaluate microbial plant nutrition products and soil health practices & assessment methods
- Build up our Soil & Plant Lab and design soil-improving cropping systems
- Lead integrated research on mixed annual-perennial cropping systems and farming systems
- Supervise a team of specialists researching plant nutrient management, integrated pest management and livestock integration
- Drive measurable farmer impact
- Oversee the expansion of our Soil and Plant Lab, ensuring high-confidence data supports the journey from initial testing to large-scale implementation
Role Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in agronomic research
Seeking 2 agronomic research professionals with 3-5+ years experience who will evaluate (microbial) plant nutrition products and soil health practices & assessment methods, build up our Soil & Plant Lab and design soil-improving cropping systems. Lead integrated research on mixed annual-perennial cropping systems and farming systems while supervising a team of specialists researching plant nutrient management, integrated pest management and livestock integration in order to drive measurable farmer impact. You will manage a diverse team of specialists and oversee the expansion of our Soil and Plant Lab, ensuring high-confidence data supports the journey from initial testing to large-scale implementation.
