Seeking a logistics professional with 4+ years’ experience to oversee inventory and warehouse operations, ensure accurate data and strong KPIs, and manage delivery planning, transport coordination, and last-mile distribution to improve performance.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to lead our inventory, warehouse, and distribution operations. This role is critical in ensuring that inputs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end logistics, from warehouse management and inventory accuracy to transport coordination and last-mile delivery, while driving strong performance against key metrics. You will also play an important role in strengthening team capability and improving logistics systems.
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Oversee inventory storage and handling, ensure warehouses are well-equipped, and maintain accurate data. Delivery Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate distribution, develop delivery schedules, track KPIs. Transport Coordination: Create transport plans, manage third-party relationships, and optimize efficiency using tools. Team Leadership & Development: Guide the logistics team, support hiring, and ensure continuity. Strategy & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to planning, identify and implement process improvements.
