Role Summary
- Oversee the financial aspects of our grants portfolio, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure efficient grant management to support our annual grant portfolio exceeding $130 million
- Develop and manage grant budgets, lead budget development, provide strategic guidance to fundraising teams, and perform quality control on grant agreements
- Oversee financial report preparation, monitor spending across programs, and lead grant-specific audits
- Own and implement long-term system improvements and oversee systems management

Seeking an exceptional Grants Finance Manager to own budget development and compliance for high-value partnerships while driving long-term systems improvements. As a Grants Finance Manager, you will help advance our mission by overseeing the financial aspects of our grants portfolio, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Working with finance and fundraising teams, you'll ensure efficient grant management to support our annual grant portfolio exceeding $130 million. Reporting directly to the Grants Finance Team Lead, this role offers experienced professionals an opportunity to drive positive change and contribute to our organization's strategic growth. Responsibilities include developing and managing grant budgets, leading budget development, providing strategic guidance to fundraising teams, and performing quality control on grant agreements. You'll oversee financial report preparation, monitor spending across programs, and lead grant-specific audits. Additionally, you'll own and implement long-term system improvements and oversee systems management.
